Manraj Sidhu is the founder and President of FreightPoint Inc, bringing over 7 years of dedicated freight brokerage experience to every decision he makes. A proud alumnus of California State University, Fresno — where he graduated at the top of his class — Manraj built his career with the same discipline and commitment he brought to his studies.
His brokerage background spans shipper development, carrier relations, load management, and the operational strategy that keeps a brokerage running at a high level. Manraj built FreightPoint on a simple belief: that honest, transparent service is the most powerful advantage a brokerage can have. He personally handles all shipper inquiries and quote requests and is the primary voice of FreightPoint with customers.
Known across the team and carrier network simply as Tom, Mehtaab Chahal is the operational backbone of FreightPoint Inc. Tom entered the trucking industry in 2021 and immediately set himself apart through a sharp ability to learn freight software systems, load board platforms, and carrier coordination tools faster than most people with twice the experience.
As Operations Manager, Tom is responsible for the day-to-day execution of every load — from the moment a shipment is confirmed to the moment it closes out with a clean proof of delivery. His command of transportation management software keeps FreightPoint's workflow efficient, organized, and transparent at every step. When things move fast, Tom makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Happy Sidhu leads FreightPoint's Accounting and Carrier Onboarding department with a level of experience that is genuinely rare in this industry. With over 20 years in trucking — the majority spent running his own transportation company — Happy understands freight from the inside out. He's been on both sides of the invoice and knows exactly what carriers and shippers need when it comes to payments, paperwork, and compliance.
His 5+ years on the brokerage side have sharpened his understanding of the financial and onboarding processes that keep carrier relationships strong and operations clean. Happy ensures that every carrier is properly onboarded, every invoice is accurate, and every payment moves on time. He is a key reason FreightPoint's back office runs as professionally as its front office.
